Provision of a type 2 flat, located on the ground floor, with a small terrace, with a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cooker...)
This flat was completely renovated in 2021 and has a bedroom with dressing room and television, a bathroom with a large shower, the kitchen is completely open to the living room.
The main advantages of this flat are its proximity to the city centre (less than 10 minutes on foot) of Charleville-Mézières and its SPA (jaccusi) which is private, heated and accessible all year round.
Concerning its availability, we also rent it via the Airbnb platform, so it will not be possible if the property is already rented via the platform, moreover, we block the reservations 24 hours before and 24 hours after each reservation in order to allow us to clean and disinfect the premises.
It is also unavailable when we go on holiday.
As far as possible, we try to welcome every person who rents the flat in order to explain the use of the SPA, in case of impossibility of reception, a key box, with code is provided.
