Opening hours: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1pm to 6pm and Wednesday and Saturday from 10am to 6pm.

The Voyelles media library, which remains the central library of Charleville-Mézières, holds very old collections (from the Middle Ages to the 19th century) and specialised collections, notably on Rimbaud and the Ardennes. It offers printed and audiovisual collections in all fields and for all audiences. It has a multimedia room as well as an auditorium.
